Important boundaries
Clear about what the files mean.
- The model represents visible surfaces; enclosed, hidden or obstructed areas are not captured.
- Fine wires, reflective glazing, vegetation and moving objects may reconstruct imperfectly.
- Visual twins are not BIM models, measured surveys or engineering assessments unless separately specified.
- File size and platform compatibility are agreed before export.
